The building was previously known as Panagiota House. It is located on the Sarti Beach area, just 70 meters from the sandy shore. The building can be divided into wings A and B. In the "A" wing, the 2-3 bed studios have balconies facing either the sea or an inner courtyard. Apartments in the "B" wing accommodate 2-3-4 people with beds. Due to the size of the studios, they are recommended for families with small children (bunk beds for the kids). Entrances to Studios in the "B" wing open onto the terrace.
