Newer house, built in 2012, is located in the new part of Sarti 110m from the sea. The house has a courtyard with barbecue. The studios are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor. Four-bed studio on the first floor has bunk beds and on the ground floor an extra bed. All have satellite TV, internet and air condition.
