No need to mention the distance away from the beach since Maria House is located right in front of the Blue Flag awarded beach of Sarti. The wide beach is ideal especially for families with children.The house consists of 2,3,4 even 5-bed-studios as well as 4 and 5-bed-apartments which are simply and practically furnished. Most of them have direct sea view, some of them side sea view. Being close to the beach does not mean that from Maria House you will not have easy access to the lovely traditional tavernas souvenirs shops bakeries and minimarkets in the new part of Sarti and in no way also it does not mean that you cannot visit the center of Sarti in a minute any time you wish.
