House Filipos is located in the old part of Sarti, about 80m from the organized part of the beach. Studios for 2 to 4 people are located on the high ground floor and the first floor. On the second floor there is a brand new three-bed studio and a five-bed duplex. Studio for four people have bunk beds. All have satellite television, a signal for free use of wireless internet, and an air condition. In the smaller courtyard there is a barbecue.
